Operations Support

JT joined the Operations Support team in February 2023. As an Operations Support team member, JT provides our field offices with a smooth experience from transition, training, new business, and problem-solving. Prior to joining Concord, he worked for JPMorgan Chase as a Lead Associate Operations.

JT currently lives in Southern Illinois with his partner, 2 cats, and 1 dog. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, and being outdoors.
