Vice President, Operations
Elizabeth “Liz” Leon is vice president, operations at Concorde, where she leads the firm’s operations team and supports the operational foundation serving its financial professionals. She brings 30 years of financial services experience spanning broker-dealer operations, investment advisory and private banking, with a focus on service excellence, team development and operational best practices.
Throughout her career in New York and South Florida, Liz has led, managed and coached teams, with responsibilities encompassing risk mitigation, supervisory oversight and adherence to firm and regulatory standards. Her leadership experience includes roles as head of operations, senior client service manager, associate complex manager and supervisory principal. She brings experience serving domestic and international markets and building long-term client relationships.
Prior to joining Concorde, Liz served as senior client service manager for the Southeast region at J.P. Morgan Advisors in Florida. Her career also includes roles at Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley and RBC Wealth Management, where she developed extensive experience in client service and financial services operations.
Liz earned a degree in business administration and management from Berkeley College in New York and holds FINRA Series 4, 7, 9/10, 24, 31, 53, 63 and 66 licenses. She is bilingual in English and Spanish, with foundational knowledge of Portuguese.
